Heat Resistance Pi Film is widely applicable to various fields, like Circuit board base material , High temperature resistant motor electrical insulating materials ,navigation, spaceship, rocket missile, atomic energy and electrical and electric industry.Polyimide Film is excellent insulation material.The color is yellow and transparent,black ect. The density is 1.39-1.45, polyimide film has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance, resistance to medium, Pi Film can be used in the temperature range of -269℃ ~ 280℃ for a long time, can reach 400℃ in a short time.The vitreation temperatures were 280℃(Upilex R), 385℃(Kapton) and above 500℃ (Upilex S), respectively.The tensile strength is 200MPa at 20℃ and greater than 100MPa at 200℃.Especially suitable for flexible printed circuit board substrate and various kinds of high temperature electrical insulation materials.
