CCL Copper Clad Laminate Used for PCB

     CCL is made of flexible electrical insulating film such as Polyimide Film and Polyester Film, and the copper. The flexible CCL is normally made RA Copper coated Polyimide Foil or pet film.

     Both the thickness of copper layer and thickness of substrate Polyimide film or pet film all can be customized. We supply Double sides Copper Clad Polyimide Film and Single Side Copper Clad Polyimide Foil. And it come in RA copper and ED copper, which is according to your request. The thickness of Copper layer and substrate Polyimide film all can be customized. Our Cu clad polyimide laminates quality control is very strict, each batch of products can only be approved for shipment after passing inspection. Using the PET as subatrate is a common FCCL product too. 

     The Copper clad PI laminates is normally used for flexible PCB, and EMI shielding, RF shielding in military industry and areospace industry.

    In the same time we supply Copper Coated Polyester Film and copper coated polyimide film.
