What's the Difference Between CPI and normal Polyimide Film

Comparing with normal Polyimide Film, the most prominent feature of Colorless Polyimide Film is that it has a good light transmittance. So it is normally used for photovoltaic cell, Optical lens, optical window, etc.

For color: It is transparent, clear with light yellowish tint. The normal Polyimide film come in amber, black, red, green, etc.

For thickness:

The colorless PI Film come in 20 micron, 50 micron, 60 micron.

The normal PI fim come in 7.5micron, 12.5 micron, 25 micron, 50 micron, 100 micron, 125 micron, 150 micron, etc.

For the other features:

Both the CPI and normal PI are excellent electrical insulation film, high temperature resistant, and It can also maintain the stability of physical and chemical properties at high temperatures. And they are both Acid, alkali and salt resistant. They both has good dimensional stability and easy to process.
